Q: Will it cost me anything to register my van with you, or to get started?
A: It will cost you absolutely nothing at all. All you have to do is register, keep your van clean, and wait for us to
provide the advertising to go on it.
Q: How long will I have a poster on the back of my van for?.
A: Each ‘Van Backs’ advertising campaign will be for a minimum of 1 month but could be a lot longer….and
‘Van Wraps’ campaigns could last for a year or more.
Q: When, and how, do I get paid?
A: We will pay you no later than four weeks after the end of each month you carry a poster or wrap. We prefer to make
payments directly into your bank account, but will send you a cheque if you prefer.
Q: How much would I get for having my van covered with a “van wrap”?
A: This will depend on your routes and mileage, but it would certainly be more than for carrying a poster on the back.
Q: Where would I have to go to get the advertising put on my van?
A: We use a nationwide network of technicians, so you won’t have to go very far. And if it is more than half an hour
from your home our technician will come to you.
Q: How would you take the sign off? Does it leave a mark?.
A: The signs are easy to remove and don’t do any damage or leave any marks on the van at all, as long as they have
been applied to factory finished or good quality paintwork. The van wraps need to be removed by one of our technicians,
so that means going back to the place you had it applied.
Q: How often would you use my van?
A: It depends on how your routes and mileage fit with our clients’ advertising campaigns, but we will be keen
to use your van for advertising as much as possible, and will be working hard to sell the space on your van.
Q: Why might you want me to carry a tracking device?
A: We may need to give our clients information about where their advertising has been seen.
Q: Why do you want a photo of my van?.
A: When you register, a photograph will let us see exactly what your van looks like so that we can show our existing
and prospective clients what they are paying for.
Q: Why do you only want white or light silver vans? Can’t you use my coloured van?
A: White and light silver vans provide a blank canvas for our advertisements. We believe that they will look best
against this background, and there is no problem of colour clashes.
Q: Will my vehicle insurance be affected?.
A: It should not, however, we do recommend that you inform your insurance company. Most insurance companies
believe that the advertising will make your vehicle more noticeable and less attractive to thieves.
Q: Would I have to pay tax?
A: Any tax or VAT liability on the money we pay you is your responsibility, in the same way as you are
responsible for tax on any of your other income. If you are registered for VAT and you have given us
those details when you registered, the appropriate amount will be added to your payment from us.
